Opis projektu<\/strong><\/p>\n

Czy i w jaki spos\u00f3b stan anatomiczny narz\u0105d\u00f3w p\u0142ciowych wp\u0142ywa na funkcjonowanie seksualne kobiety? Jak\u0105 rol\u0119 w tej relacji odgrywa Ja cielesne? to podstawowe pytania, jakie stawia sobie autorka projektu. Ja cielesne jest definiowane za Sakson-Obad\u0105 (2009) jako element struktury Ja, organizuj\u0105cy do\u015bwiadczenia cielesne w postaci reprezentacji, kt\u00f3rych jako\u015b\u0107 wyznacza spos\u00f3b prze\u017cywania siebie, czyli fizyczne poczucie w\u0142asnej to\u017csamo\u015bci (op. cit., s. 98). Funkcj\u0105 Ja cielesnego jest w tym uj\u0119ciu przedstawianie, organizacja i integrowanie dozna\u0144 p\u0142yn\u0105cych ze sfery wra\u017ce\u0144 cielesnych na poziomie psychologicznym, a tak\u017ce ich interpretacja oraz regulacja. Funkcjonowanie seksualne rozpatruje si\u0119 w kategoriach: (1) cech reaktywno\u015bci seksualnej \u2013 sprawno\u015bci funkcji seksualnych w trakcie kontakt\u00f3w seksualnych podejmowanych w ci\u0105gu ostatnich 4 tygodni oraz (2) w kategoriach do\u015bwiadcze\u0144 seksualnych gromadzonych w toku \u017cycia w trakcie podejmowania r\u00f3\u017cnych form ekspresji seksualnej (por. Wiederman, za: Cash, 2002).<\/p>\n

Badania realizowane w ramach projektu prowadzone s\u0105 w\u015br\u00f3d kobiet, kt\u00f3re do\u015bwiadczaj\u0105 trudno\u015bci w zwi\u0105zku z anatomi\u0105 ich narz\u0105d\u00f3w p\u0142ciowych. Do bada\u0144 zapraszane s\u0105 Panie z diagnoz\u0105 Zespo\u0142u Mayera-Rokitansky\u2019ego-Kustera-Hausera i kobiety z hipertrofi\u0105 (przerostem) warg sromowych oraz grupy populacyjne (kontrolne).<\/p>\n

Zesp\u00f3\u0142 MRKH jest jedn\u0105 z wad rozwojowych narz\u0105d\u00f3w p\u0142ciowych. Cechuj\u0105 go wrodzony brak pochwy i macicy, co skutkuje brakiem miesi\u0105czki, niemo\u017cno\u015bci\u0105 zaj\u015bcia w ci\u0105\u017c\u0119 i urodzenia dziecka i ograniczeniami w zakresie mo\u017cliwo\u015bci odbywania stosunk\u00f3w intrawaginalnych (bez poddania si\u0119 chirurgicznej lub niechirurgicznej interwencji medycznej).<\/p>\n

Przerost warg sromowych to wada zewn\u0119trznych narz\u0105d\u00f3w p\u0142ciowych, kt\u00f3ra niesie ze sob\u0105 konsekwencje natury estetycznej, psychologicznej i funkcjonalnej.<\/p>\n

Uzupe\u0142nienie luk w wiedzy z zakresu trzech dyscyplin naukowych: seksuologii, psychologii i medycyny (ginekologii i chirurgii plastycznej),
zdobycie informacji b\u0119d\u0105cych punktem wyj\u015bcia dla budowania psychologiczno-seksuologicznej pomocy wobec kobiet z wadami anatomicznymi narz\u0105d\u00f3w p\u0142ciowych.
Wyniki prowadzonych bada\u0144 stan\u0105 si\u0119 podstaw\u0105 dla opracowania empirycznych rozdzia\u0142\u00f3w pracy doktorskiej autorki projektu.<\/p>\n
